Christian Pastén - Sales Director, Latin America

Christian is a Civil Metallurgical Engineer with an MBA in Mining Management.

Christian began his career in 1997 testing Glencore Technology’s Jameson Cell and IsaMill™ across Latina America, later branching into the processes of the IsaKidd™ technology in different mining plants across America and Australia.

He is currently developing alternative mining business opportunities and introducing Glencore Technology owned technologies in the Latin American region.

Gabor Csicsovszki - Principal Metallurgist 

Dr. Gabor Csicsovszki has over 15 years of experience in every application of metallurgy, from R&D to operations. Gabor has published several technical papers in peer-reviewed journals and delivered presentations on his work at conferences around the world.

In addition to his MBA, he holds a Master of Science and a PhD in Metallurgy and is currently utilising his skills and experience in the Minerals Processing team at Glencore Technology, focusing on flotation technologies and the Jameson Concentrator in particular.

Eduardo Morin - Senior Metallurgist, Latin America

Eduardo Morin has more than 14 years of experience in the metallurgical mining sector. He worked in the National Copper Corporation of Chile (CODELCO), where he served as Concentrator Plant Superintendent, Molybdenum Plant Superintendent and Copper Filtering, Process Engineering Superintendent, among other positions.

Eduardo Morin is a Chemical Civil Engineer and holds a Master's Degree in Mining from the University of Chile.

He has extensive knowledge of mineral processing and implementation of projects focused on the incorporation of new technologies, digital transformation and automation.
